By activating the Forms feature on the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk versions of our software, you can create and customize forms with signature modules for both customers and employees. Send these forms to customers, and once they sign, assigned employees can review and sign them as well. Employees receive notifications when their signature is required, and they can sign directly from the Calendar screen or the Unsigned Form Report. The Dual Signature feature streamlines the process of obtaining multiple signatures, saving time, and ensuring compliance with patient privacy and security standards.
